A personal introduction from a fourth-generation contractor.

A few words before we begin.

I grew up with construction as part of family life. I am a fourth-generation European contractor, and the lessons passed down to me were never only about tools or materials. They were about responsibility: understand the building, respect the owner, prepare carefully, and never forget that somebody must live with every decision long after the crew leaves.

My formal technical education in industrial electronics strengthened the way I approach a project. I want to understand how the parts work together—structure, water, electrical systems, finishes, access, schedule, and cost—because a successful remodel is never just a collection of separate tasks.

After approximately 35 years in the trades, I still believe the most valuable part of the job is direct communication. When you speak with 3 Pyramid, you are not handed from a salesperson to an unknown production team. I remain accountable for understanding the scope, discussing options, coordinating the work, and helping the owner make informed decisions.

I especially enjoy helping investors and new homebuyers transform an older property before rental, resale, or move-in. Kitchens, bathrooms, whole-home renovations, repairs, structural work, additions, and connected improvements all benefit from one realistic plan.
