$450 professional property consultation
For projects that require an on-site technical review, Attila evaluates visible existing conditions, discusses alternatives, identifies likely permit or engineering needs, and helps define the next planning steps. When stated in the signed project documents, the $450 consultation fee is credited toward the later construction agreement.
The consultation is not a destructive inspection, engineering service, permit approval, final construction estimate, or guarantee that concealed conditions do not exist.
