3. Website information is not a construction contract

Website content is provided for general educational, planning, and marketing purposes. Submitting a project questionnaire, calling, emailing, receiving an automated acknowledgment, discussing a project, or requesting an estimate does not create a contractor-client relationship, construction contract, duty to perform work, reservation of schedule, or guarantee of acceptance.

A binding construction agreement exists only when the parties execute a separate written contract that identifies the scope, price or pricing method, payment schedule, exclusions, change-order procedure, approximate schedule, and other required terms.

4. Cost guides and estimates

All website prices, ranges, calculators, allowances, timelines, and cost guides are general planning information—not bids, offers, guarantees, appraisals, or promises of final price. Actual cost and duration depend on site conditions, access, existing construction, design, engineering, permits, inspections, labor availability, material selections, supplier pricing, hazardous materials, concealed damage, code requirements, owner changes, and other project-specific conditions.

No website figure is valid as a project price unless incorporated into a separately signed written agreement. A site visit, measurements, plans, engineering, testing, or additional investigation may be required before a reliable proposal can be prepared.

5. Project submissions and uploaded files

You represent that information and files you submit are accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority to provide them. Do not upload confidential information belonging to another person, unlawful material, malware, or content that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights. We are not responsible for incomplete, delayed, corrupted, misdirected, or unsuccessful transmissions. 6. Photographs, project examples, and visualizations

Archived project photographs identified as completed or prior work are provided to illustrate experience and capabilities. Concept images, generated images, renderings, inspiration images, and before-and-after visualizations are illustrative only and are not representations that the pictured project was performed by 3 Pyramid unless specifically identified as our completed work. Results vary by property, plans, materials, budget, site conditions, and approvals.

7. Permits, codes, and professional services

Permit, code, engineering, architectural, environmental, lead-safe, accessibility, energy, and inspection requirements vary by jurisdiction and project. Website information is not legal, architectural, engineering, environmental, tax, financial, or insurance advice. Where required, services and documents must be provided or approved by appropriately licensed professionals and governmental authorities.

8. Intellectual property

Except for third-party marks and materials, the website’s text, layout, branding, logo, graphics, and original content are owned by or licensed to 3 Pyramid Construction & Renovation Corporation.
